do I set up service?
We arrange for
a free initial consultation at your home. You will
be able to meet me in person and I can meet you and your
pets. I'll take detailed notes about caring for your
pets and home. We'll go over the contract and key
exchange policy.

What
do the visits include for my Home?
Bringing in
mail, newspapers, flyers, and packages.
Alternate lights and blinds.
Watering plants.
Trash and recycle in and out.
A lived in look.

What
do the visits include for my pets?
Fresh water
and food at scheduled visit times.
Walks, playtime, brushing, scooping litter boxes, LOVE!
Poop pick up when the dog is walked.
Medication if needed.
Maintain your customized routine.
Lots of TLC!!

What
is your cancellation policy?
Any
cancellations made after 7am on the day of the scheduled
visit is non refundable.

Can
you give medications?
I can pill
pets and provide needle administered meds. like insulin
and allergy shots. Please let me know about all medical
needs at the initial consultation.

How
will I be charged for services and when do I pay?
Fifty percent of payment is due at time of booking, or on
the first day service begins. I accept cash or checks
payable to Karen Johnson.

What
time of day will you visit my pets?
We will set up
times that are best for your pets during the initial
consultation. Visit times are between 7am and 9pm.

What
if I need service last minute?
I'll do my
best to accommodate your needs, but I cannot guarantee the
time slots you normally use will be available. Holidays
book up quickly.

What do I
do once I return home?
Once you've
returned home please call (727) 641-3559 at any hour and
leave a message of your safe return. If no message is
received I will have to assume that your pets need another
visit, and you'll be charged a regular visit fee. then, we
will set up a time for key return if needed. On the last
visit I leave an invoice with payment due and a
self-addressed envelope.
